I recently read about a vet’s experience with his first homeopathic case. He had been drawn to learn more about this wonderful natural healing modality after his wife experienced great results using it after dental work, which we all know can be very painful.
His first case, after he had completed his training, was a horse who had injured a leg, the area became swollen and painful. The horse was lame. He was treated with antibiotics for three weeks, with no result. (Why do we keep poisoning ourselves and others with antibiotics in incidents where they clearly don’t work? Are we poisoning ourselves to death?)
The vet took the case and prescribed a remedy to be given three times a day for three days. He gave the horse a dose before he left.
By the time he returned to his clinic, only 15 minutes away, the receptionist greeted him with the phone – from the stable he had just left. Fearing the worst, he took the phone and was greeted with an ecstatic woman, staying the swelling had already reduced and the horse was walking normally.
Now THAT’S my kind of result!
