Keeping the mind body and spirit in sync is essential for staying healthy. It’s been a popular notion in the personal development world for decades, but what does it actually mean and how can you achieve it? mind body and spirit in sync

What Does It Mean To Keep The Mind Body And Spirit In Sync?

Our bodies are the physical expression of who we are. They are in perfect harmony with our spirit. The body ALWAYS tries to maintain health. It has a strong inbuilt desire to stay alive and healthy for as long as possible. So it’s your friend. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your body. Whatever your condition.

The medical industry like to tell you that Nature is flawed, that your body is not your friend, that it isn’t perfect. And most people buy into this. They don’t look beyond what they can see.

When I say people buy into this, they do so in two ways. They accept the myth without question and they spend enormous amounts of money on trying to rectify the flaws. Mostly without success. The medical industry don’t want you to succeed as they are controlled by big pharma, who only want you buying drugs for life.

Yet people think the MDs and specialists are ex-spurts (an ex is a has been, a spurt is liquid under pressure).

The spirit (or soul, higher self, god-self, chi, prana, whatever you like to call it – homeopaths call it the vital force) is always in perfect harmony with the universe and the bigger picture of which we have a minuscule idea about, if at all.

The spirit and the body are also in perfect sync with each other.

It’s the mind that mucks everything up!

The mind has been shaped by our environment – our family, our culture, our religion, our teachers, our experiences. The strongest effect occurs in childhood. In a healthy family, the child is encouraged and allowed free expression, keeping in mind safety issues and harm to others.

However, few of us grow up in such a harmonious environment. Most of us have been ‘shaped’ to believe what our environment taught us. Which may have been valid at the time, but may no longer be serving us.

For example, a parent who wants the best for the child, may be pushing them harder than the child can manage, or may come across as judgemental, leaving the child feeling overwhelmed or never good enough. A mother could have experienced a terrible shock during pregnancy; mother and child are the same person at this time. A child can feel unwanted. This is a common feeling in adopted children. A beloved parent dies, setting up deep grief. They are abused, and then not believed when they pluck up the courage to tell someone. A double wammy.

These feelings remain into adulthood.

Now, the mind has a powerful influence on the body. And it’s that influence which causes the disharmony, the dis-ease.

What is fabulous to know is that you have control over your mind. You can change the way it perceives illness.

How To Achieve The Harmony Of The Mind Body And Spirit In Sync

Whilst it’s good to know that you have control over your mind, it’s not so easy to change. People go to counselling for years and often don’t progress much. Counselling certainly offers you the tools to help yourself, but often fails to get to the root of the problem to change your perceptions.

Homeopathy, on the other hand, has the enviable potential to undo all those damaging fears and delusions that were set up in childhood, in utero or after a harrowing event, that no longer serve you. In fact, it’s this undoing of the damaging mental and emotional consequences that is at the core of how homeopathy can permanently resolve physical issues.

Physical problems occur from the constant dwelling on these damaging thoughts, mostly unconsciously because they are so entrenched. Bring those thoughts back into harmony and the physical issues have to disappear.

Your body is already perfect as it is. It’s your mind that is the root cause of most of the issues you have with your body. Your body is a reflection of what’s wrong, so is a valuable guide. Honour your body and get professional homeopathic help to address those entrenched thoughts that don’t serve you.

Then you’ll have the mind body and spirit in sync and be able to reach all those goals you dared to set your heart on.
