I spent most of my teenage years in Kenya. It was a fabulous time. The country is diverse and beautiful, ranging from the coastal region, through semi arid areas, to the lush highlands. Being tropical, it is never very cold, although areas can be hot and steamy.
Living in the highlands is as close to a perfect climate as you can get. But the lure of the coastal regions offers a change. Most family holidays were spent at the coast. But as I got older, I started going with friends.
Mombasa, the main port of Kenya, is located on a small island, with a causeway on three sides and the sea on the fourth. One friend had a flat overlooking the causeway and he was amenable to his friends camping out on his floors.
One day, I decided to swim across the causeway, for no other reason than it was there. It was reported to be sharks in the water, as they followed the ships into harbour. But there are sharks and sharks. Few attack swimmers. Despite others worrying, I set out.
I enjoyed the swim across, spent a few hours lolling in the sun and exploring a new area, then swam back.
Life is full of risks. If you never take a risk, then you’ll never really live. It’s not a bad idea to consider the risks, but so many are really not risks at all. So many are others fears, perceptions or even manipulations. It is very profitable for some to instil fear into people, then offer a way out. This is what is currently happening with childhood diseases.
If your child has a healthy immune system, childhood diseases will never be a problem. But vaccinations make Big Pharma a huge profit, so they will use whatever means they have at their disposal (including governments and the media that then creates a consensus reality) to instil fear into you. Young parents are the most vulnerable of anyone.
Humanity didn’t survive to the present day thanks to vaccines. We survived to this day through healthy lifestyles and healthy food. Don’t let fear take over your reason and instincts. Homeopathy is a wonderful way to restore a healthy immune system.
