Understanding the causes of seizures means delving deep into the why.
Once the why has been established, then you can consider how to treat the problem.
Causes of seizures will be different for everyone, but there is a pattern and there are some important signposts to appreciate.
The body is very resilient. We are all able to cope with abuses in diet, in healthcare, in stress. But only up to a point. Then we start to exhibit signs and symptoms of a body under duress. However, this can take years.
Sadly, few recognise these for what they really are. They just want to get rid of them, by hook or by crook. The normal way is by suppression rather than by real healing. The so called 'management' of them. Which is inept, to say the least.
When we don’t have a healthy diet, according to our evolution, then our bodies cannot operate to their full capacity. Certainly junk food and a poor diet will keep us alive and even functioning up to a point. But eventually, we will fall foul of disease.

We live in a very, and increasingly so, toxic world. Toxins are everywhere, but there are some areas that affect us much more than others. None are good and all of us would benefit from periodic de-tox sessions.
Toxins are chemicals which adversely effect our organs and our overall health. We did not evolve knowing how to deal with chemicals, so our bodies are at a loss to deal with them effectively.
Many toxins accumulate and are very difficult to eliminate, such as the heavy metals – mercury and aluminium.
Common sources include food, water, medical drugs and injections, household cleaners and furnishings.
De-toxing should include cleaning up these areas so you're not absorbing so much.
Most of us have stressful lives. We are far removed from how we should be living, we are under stress from our families, our work, possibly even our recreation. We may not be sleeping long enough.
Stress de-stabilisers us.
When you add all this up, there is little wonder why people find it so hard to remain healthy. Why there are so many dis-eases.
For some, it is incomprehensible to make changes. However, changes come from thinking about what you would like in your life. The more you imagine this, the more likely opportunities will come your way.
Don't be stuck just because you currently can't think of a way out.
So with a poorly nourished body, one that is struggling with toxins and with stress at work if not at home, it is little wonder that it will only take a straw to drop the bundle. The straw that broke the camel’s back.
What we experience will, to some extend, depend on our genetic inheritance. Our genes give us the expression of our dis-ease. They are not the cause.
Seizures are showing a problem in the nervous system. This is a chronic disease of major importance.
The obvious causes of seizures include the neurotoxins. Mercury and aluminium are known neurotoxins that cross the blood-brain barrier. The more vulnerable your immune system is (such as babies, infants, the infirm, some elderly) the more at risk you are. Some are just sensitive to everything.
Why would you be ingesting/absorbing mercury or aluminium, you ask? They are in injections. Mostly in toxic rates 100s of times higher than is acceptable in food.
They are also in tooth fillings, the amalgum ones.
Aluminium is in anti-perspirants. And in many baked goods.
Another source of neurotoxins are your pet’s flea treatment. They can cause seizures in your pet. But you will absorb this treatment as much as your pet as you live in the same environment.
Once you can see some of the aspects in your life that can be contributing to a health problem, you have the ability to change that.
