Erectile Dysfunction is Related to Diet

Erectile dysfunction is almost exclusively related to diet. It's been on the rise for many decades and shows little sign of slowing down. Over 50% of men will suffer with this in their life.

This isn't just embarrassing for the men, it can deeply hurt their pride. And that can lead to depression.

To take the drugs that allow sexual performance are dangerous. They so easily lead to heart failure.

Instead, the answer lies in why this happens. Nature ALWAYS gives us signs and symptoms to tell us something is wrong. Erectile dysfunction is the last of many, many hints, that were probably ignored.

The Medical Treatment

The medical treatment for anything is not to heal, but to suppress. They don't know how to heal because they are still locked in the idea of the germ theory.

This out dated and ineffective way of trying to restore health is totally off the mark.

Instead, the answer lies in the terrain theory.

The Terrain Theory

The terrain theory is putting the onus squarely on your shoulders. You have to take responsibility for what you have done up til now.

Do you just want to take a pill for all your ills or do you want to consider what else you could do to enhance your health and so your life?

Popping pills tends to increase your toxic load, which is probably already at bursting point.

Popping pills suppresses your body's noble efforts to alert you to disharmony within. This wonderful navigation system is so extremely important to guide us through life.

The terrain theory completely appreciates that we may have been born with a problem or raised inappropriately. You could say the gun is loaded.

But it's the environment - the lifestyle, the diet, the type of healthcare you use that pulls the trigger, that leads to health problems such as erectile dysfunction.

The Lifestyle

Rather sadly, many people hate their jobs. What a way to spend your life!

We are all born with specialities. Mozart was born a musician. Rowan Atkinson is a born comedian. Steven Spielberg is a natural film director. There are so many examples.

Most people just take the first job that comes along or the one their family was into. Few are encouraged to pursue their dreams. Yet when anyone thoroughly enjoys their work, their health inevitably benefits.

Other important parts of a healthy lifestyle include

  • daily exercise
  • good sleep
  • get out in the sun as safely as your body allows

The Diet

Men in particular seem to favour a carnivore diet. It seems to build their confidence.

This may not be good news to you. Old habits tend to be entrenched with ever more 'reasons' why they are the way to go. People love to be encouraged in their bad habits. Logic tend to fly out the window.

No engine can run on the wrong fuel.

When you use an energy based health care system. you are supporting your body's endeavours to remain healthy. Your body is wise. Make sure you appreciate the signs and symptoms it gives you. They are signposts that all is not well. Heed them well.

Enjoying a healthy sexual life is all about being healthy on all levels. From the body's point of view, if you're not healthy, then you shouldn't be fathering children and passing on the problem.

In Nature, it's usually the female who chooses their mate based on their ability to father healthy offspring. She has no desire to waste her precious time raising unhealthy babies.

Focus on your health rather than the stereotypes of masculinity so often portrayed by the media. Consider the qualities you would like to have in a father.
